Matt Rife's face shows signs of plastic surgery but surgeon was 'conservative' to avoid drastic chan

A PLASTIC surgeon has shared his expert opinion that comedian Matt Rife has in fact had surgery to help obtain his notorious good looks.

The comedian, 28, became the subject of plastic surgery rumors after fans speculated he had enhanced his cheeks and jawline.

Rife, however, recently denied these rumors in an interview with Mario Lopez for Access Hollywood.

The comedian was asked to reveal the biggest lie he has heard about himself.

Rife responded: "That I've had plastic surgery."

"That's the funniest thing in the entire world to me," Rife said.

He added: "Sorry if you need surgery to look like that."

Dr. Andrew Ordon, a board-certified plastic surgeon at Visthetic Surgery Institute and Med Spa in Los Angeles, California, examined photos of Rife from his youth compared to current photos of the comedian.

Ordon, who has not treated the comedian, told The U.S. Sun in an exclusive interview that he thinks Rife has had cosmetic enhancements.

“Where I see the biggest changes are over the cheekbone and the jawline, and his nose appears to be more streamlined," Ordon said.

"So, it looks like he’s had cheekbone enhancement as well as enhancement of the jawline."

Ordon explained that there are different fillers that can be used, such as Radiesse, Juvederm, and Restylane, that deliver immediate results without needing general anesthesia.

The downside is that results are temporary and patients would need regular touch-ups, according to Ordon.

Ordon suggested that Rife could have elected to get implants, which can be used to permanently enhance one’s cheeks and jawline.

It looks like he’s had cheekbone enhancement as well as enhancement of the jawline.

“Cheekbone implants are placed through the mouth, so there is no external scarring,” Ordon said.

However, as the procedure requires general anesthesia, it takes more time to recover.

Ordon also thinks that Rife’s current profile shows evidence that the comedian possibly had a rhinoplasty, known as a nose job.

He said the tip of Rife’s nose looks more “refined and elevated” compared to older photos, and that the bridge of his nose appears “narrowed.”

“However, his plastic surgeon was conservative, it’s not a drastic change,” Ordon said.

While losing baby fat could account for Rife’s more chiseled features, people’s noses grow their whole lives and generally do not get more defined with age.

The only cosmetic work Rife has admitted to having done to his appearance is extensive dental work.

The comedian has gained notoriety on TikTok over the last few years for his good looks.

Rife’s stand-up routine intentionally plays them up by using crowd work to flirt with female members of the audience.
